A Mastic home with a backyard ready to entertain — Hawaiian style — recently sold for $232,000.

The three-bedroom, one-bathroom house, which had been listed for $240,000, comes with a tiki bar, above-ground pool, horseshoe court, fire pit, tables, chairs and Hawaiian umbrellas, says Rosemarie Johnson of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the listing agent.

The tiki bar is just outside the low deck, and it has running water and a refrigerator, she says.

“I can’t wait to use it,” says Samuel Rodriguez, a veterinarian who bought the house with wife, Amy, a receptionist. “We’re definitely going to have some good times back there.”

There’s also a patio behind the pool.

The house, on a half-acre, is completely updated with a finished basement.
