'Amityville Horror' house holding moving sale Saturday

Now that the house at 108 Ocean Ave. in Amityville is under contract, owner Brian Wilson is holding a moving sale.
So what can you snag Aug. 21 at the Dutch Colonial made famous by the "Amityville Horror" book and movies? Everything from the current owner's ottoman, kayak and big plush leather loveseat to his chairs, a chandelier and an exercise bike (note: no cell phones or cameras allowed).
"It's very nice merchandise," says Dennis Guidice, owner of Amity Galleries, which is holding the sale inside the house.
Here is some advice for anyone holding a moving sale:
-Have several helpers at the ready
-Stock up on plastic bags and cardboard boxes
-Designate one outlet so shoppers can try out electronic devices
-Sell lemonade, water or other refreshments
-Use big price tags for big items
