Badgley Mischka designers buy Long Island home

Fashion designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka have purchased a Matinecock home, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.
The Badgley Mischka designers paid $1.15 million for the 1933 stucco home, which has four bedrooms and three baths. It had been listed for $1.395 million.
The six-acre property is on a cul-de-sac with an in-ground pool and a greenhouse.
Barbara Brundige of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate was the listing agent; Kathryn Maxwell Pournaras of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty represented the buyers.
