Blackstone Group co-founder Stephen Schwarzman and his wife, Christine, are listing their East Hampton home for $7.2 million.
Called Cove Hollow Farm, the Georgica property borders a reserve area, according to the Brown Harris Stevens listing, and has open lawns, gardens and stone terraces “that enjoy a strong southern light.” The shingled house has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, swimming pool, pool house, Har-Tru tennis courts, den, and solarium/dining room, as well as a library adjoining the master bedroom and a balcony off the master bath, according to the listing.
Agent Peter Turino declined to comment.
Schwarzman is listed as number 53 on Fortune magazine’s list of the 400 wealthiest Americans, with his net worth tagged at $6.4 billion.
