Seacroft, the Centre Island mansion, where parts of the new film "Ceremony" were filmed,  is on the rental market for $50,000 a month.

The Mediterranean-style home is on 30 acres. There are nine cottages on the property, which has two tennis courts, a half-mile of private beach, a 50-by-25-foot heated swimming pool and a place to land a helicopter.

One of the cottages is also for rent. The recently renovated Westover is available for $10,000 a month between May and September or $5,500 a month with an annual lease.

The main house has 10 bedrooms, eight baths and five fireplaces. Once known as The Sunnyside, it was built in 1906 for Samuel T. Shaw, a hotelier and American art collector.

It has been owned by the Oelsner family for four generations.

"Michael Jackson wanted to rent the house several years ago and have a party," says Oelsner. While the deal never went through, a number of celebrities have stayed on the property, including Uma Thurman, the star of "Ceremony," she says.

Patti Brashears, who owns the Huntington-based location agency Featured in Films, found the property for the movie, which opens on Long Island next week. She says the shoot took place in late 2009.
