The East Hampton home of the late actress Mary Howard de Liagre has gone into contract after only a week on the market, sources tell Real LI.

The asking price for the Ziegfeld Follies actress' home was $22.5 million. The closing is expected to take place in the fall.

The house is located on Hook Pond, behind the Maidstone Club. It has six bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The farmhouse, built in the early 1900s, used to be a dairy. The property is 3.08 acres.

The house is listed with Ed Petrie of Sotheby's International Realty.

DeLiagre made more than 30 films. She died in June at the age of 94. She was married to Alfred de Liagre, Jr., a Broadway producer and director.
