It has three bedrooms, two full baths and is situated on a 69-foot-by-100-foot parcel. The interior is in fair condition, but needs updating, says associate broker Chris Dorgan of Island Advantage Realty. The home’s major drawback is the built-in garage area, which was converted to living space. It will need to be restored back to a garage or legalized and brought up to town code, Dorgan says.
