The Valley Stream house where the dead body of 13-year-old Kelly Ann Tinyes was found 20 years ago went into contract Sunday, according to a real estate source.

The four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 4,500-square-foot Tudor-style home, which is owned by the family of Robert Golub, who murdered Tinyes in 1989, was last on the market for $379,000. It was listed in December 2008 for $399,000, according to the source.

The house is listed with Raymond Sung, who declined to comment. The Golubs moved out of the house Saturday after a long-standing feud with the Tinyeses, who still live on the block.

According to Snug's listing, the house features hardwood floors, a new gas heating system, and a full finished basement.

Tinyes was beaten and strangled inside the home, and her body was hidden in the basement.
