Alexander Peters sold Bobby Flay the Amagansett property where the celebrity chef planned to build his dream house. Flay and his actress wife, Stephanie March, bought the 2.89-acre land in August for $1.485 million. After the closing, Peters informed Flay that the property is "full of colonial and Indian relics." In a letter, Peters wrote, "I'm sure you wouldn't want to disturb Montaukett grave sites, so I'd be happy to show you where they are and share some of the history of your land." Flay complained. Now Peters alleges in a suit filed against Flay that he lost his job at Brown Harris Stevens because of it. Read more about the suit here.
