Kimora Lee Simmons selling East Hampton home

Kimora Lee Simmons is trimming the baby phat off her real estate portfolio, according to the Real Estalker blog. Simmons, ex-wife of Def Jam founder Russell Simmons, is selling her three-bedroom, two-bath home in East Hampton.

The post-modern home was built in 1990 and comes with a heated pool. Records show the .91-acre property was purchased in 2003 for $690,000. Laura Nigro of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who has the listing, declined to comment on the sale. The asking price is $800,000.

Simmons is now married to actor Djimon Hounsou and living in Los Angeles. Records show her ex-husband Russell Simmons still owns a 1.85-acre property in East Hampton Village.
