Laura Andrassy selling Southampton 'dream home'

Laura Andrassy, ex-wife of golf king Greg Norman, has put her recently constructed Southampton dream house – all 8,900 square feet of it – on the market for a mere $16.5 mil.
So, just what will that get you? In addition to the usual plethora of bedrooms and bathrooms (in this case, five and 5.5 respectively), there’s the de rigeur state-of-the-art kitchen. But, unlike most other Hamptons mansions this one comes with a boccie-ball court and a loggia complete with wood-burning fireplace, one of eight in the house. There’s also a heated gunite pool, plenty of gardens and a two-bedroom guest house.
Oh, and did we mention that the place is practically on top of Wyandanch Beach?
Andrassy bought the house in 2008 for $7.55 million. At the time, her broker said, “She could renovate it but she wants to start over and build her dream home.”
Andrassy won $103 million in a divorce settlement. Norman went on to marry tennis star Chris Evert.
