A recently completed home in North Haven Point, idyllically located between Sag Harbor Village and Shelter Island, has been awarded the prestigious LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver Certification for its high-performance green efficiency.
The 5,100-square-foot modern-style home on 1.8-wooded acres, complete with six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and a heated gunite pool, has just come on the market for $3.5 million.
“Design Green, Build Green and Live Green” is the motto of the proud owners, Charles Rich, LLC of Southampton, who designed and built it.
"Agents across the board thought it was a breath of fresh air,” says listing agent Gioia DiPaola of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, adding, "I have never had a more positive reaction to a listing."Tags: North Haven Point , LEED , Greenwatch , Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate , Rich Cribs
