The builder and owner, Anthony Lauto of Lauto Group Logic, boasts that “the utility costs for this house are equal to what I might pay for a home one third of the size."Lauto is constructing the house as a summer home.
The home features energy-efficient innovations including photovoltaic solar panels, geothermal heating and cooling and a sophisticated energy monitoring system designed by Sight N Sounds.
