If you were eyeballing this spread when it was $35 million, you missed out on what is now looking like a pretty good deal. The owners, who according to public records are Eli Wilner and Barbara Brennan, decided to adjust the price $15 million north to a cool $50 million.

“He just looked at what else is available,” said Susan Breitenbach, senior vice president of The Corcoran Group Real Estate, adding, “It is a unique piece of property.”

Set high on a bluff, the parcel is 35 acres with 400 feet of ocean frontage. The house — a 7,000-square-foot Contemporary -- is described as having a “Zen flair.”

It was custom built in 1994 to withstand 150-mph winds. Naturally, a house of this magnitude is loaded with special features. Here, it’s ocean views, 3,500 square feet of mahogany decking and a home theater, just to name a few.

In case you’re wondering — the house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Wilner founded Eli Wilner & Company, a Manhattan gallery that has done reframing for the White House. Brennan, a former NASA physicist, is a psychic healer who wrote “Hands of Light."
