News 12: See North Haven's $12.5M 'green' home, and more

Valerie Kellogg, Newsday LI Home editor and Rich Cribs blogger, appears on News 12 Tuesday to discuss some of the Island's most exclusive properties, including a home in Islip that’s on an island in Champlin Creek. The house was built in 1923 and has a bungalow that the original owner used for parties with celebrity friends including Charlie Chaplin and George Gershwin, who reportedly worked on "Rhapsody in Blue" there.
