The 3-year-old building has a fitness center, a party room, an outdoor pool and a 24-hour doorman. “It’s like Manhattan on Long Island,” says Phyllis Beitler of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who is co-listing the property with Claire Sidi. The third-floor unit has its own laundry room and heating and cooling area, says Sidi, whose daughter lives at the Maple Avenue complex.
