Open House Watch: See 6 Baiting Hollow homes this weekend

This cottage is in the 60-year-old Baiting Hollow vacation community of Woodcliff Park, which is only open to residents from April 15 to Oct. 15. “It’s a seasonal home,” says Michele Sanchez of Century 21 Castle (631-588-4663), who is co-listing the property with Renie Vloutely.
The two-bedroom, one-bath home at B5 Schooner Path is listed for $84,990, but the buyer will have to lease the land for $4,597 a year, says Sanchez. Annual property taxes are $967. The community is within walking distance of the beach, with laundry facilities, a video arcade, a basketball court and a small park. The house, like most cottages in the community, does not have heat, Sanchez says. But it does have winter water views and a side deck, where the main entrance is located.
