Lots of comings and goings over in Sir Paul McCartney’s neighborhood out east.

The home next-door to the former Beatle’s Amagansett place has recently sold to a private party for $1.04 million, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.

The 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home sits on 2 acres and features a heated pool and a wraparound deck.

Deirdre Jowers of The Corcoran Group, who was the listing agent, says the house is a “great value” for the area = -- a “mildly dated contemporary with great potential.” The new owner, she says, will be updating the property to "bring it up to modern-day speed.”

Richard Swift of Town and Country Real Estate brought the buyer.

In March, Real LI reported a tract of vacant land neighboring McCartney's home was sold for $900,000 to a real estate investment corporation.
