Talk about holiday deals. In an almost 40 percent price reduction since first going on the market three years ago for $16.25 million, Kenjockety, the Lloyd Harbor mansion, is now listed for $9.9 million

The 6.7-acre spread was once owned by Robin Gibb of Bee Gees fame. The Tudor home has come a long way since the early 1980s, when Gibb reportedly tried to bring some Malibu to the North Shore by bleaching the floors and painting the walls white.

The home, built in 1926, has undergone a complete restoration under the current ownership.

Kenjockety has seven bedrooms, seven full and three half-baths, 10 fireplaces, a gunite pool and 500 feet of water frontage with deeded docking rights. The original architect Bertram Grosvenor Goodhue, designed St. Bartholomew's Church on Park Avenue in Manhattan.

Margaret Mateyaschuk of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty's Locust Valley office is the listing agent.
