This contemporary Glen Cove home listed for $1.988 million certainly takes advantage of its position on the water.

The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, and its walls of windows show off panoramic views of Long Island Sound and a deck that juts out to the edge of the property.

“There’s water, water everywhere,” says Sandra Rosen of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, who is co-listing the property along with Joseph Sanders. (Click here for more information.)

The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom home, built in 1967, was designed by architect Henry J. Stojowski, who designed the Wantagh Public Library’s current building in the 1960s and an extension of the Hempstead Public Library in the 1970s.
