SECOND LIFE. A 1920 bayfront Remsenburg estate, which is on the market for $5.999 million, survived the Hurricane of 1938. But that’s not to say it wasn’t damaged. It was rebuilt and has since been enhanced. “It’s really a grand old new house,” says Enzo Morabito of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who, with Aimee Martin, is marketing the home.
