The 15,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom, 9.5-bath home features a home theater, an artist’s studio, a tennis court and a tower that functions as the home’s observation deck with a ceiling of pine wainscoting. It is here that the sellers -- a family of three generations -- like to play games, give dinner parties and just hang out. The property has a 52-foot pool that is next to a pool pavilion with a fireplace and a glass ceiling. -- Valerie Kellogg
