Source: Richard Gere to close on Water Mill house
Too Many Maples, Richard's Gere's Water Mill house, has gone into contract, a real estate source says. The closing is expected to take place Friday.
The asking price for the 5,500-square-foot, seven-bedroom farmhouse is $7.2 million. Read more about the 1.2-acre property here.
