Upper Brookville's La Selva could be subdivided
The owner of the Upper Brookville estate known as La Selva is asking the village for permission to subdivide the 24-acre property. The site of a designers' show house last year, the house belongs to the wife of former Computer Associates chief Sanjay Kumar. He pleaded guilty to securities fraud in 2006. The house has been on the market since then.
