We use the fireplace every night November through April and use about two cords of wood each season. Also in the den we have a wet bar ... and sliding glass doors ... that lead out to the porch. The ground-floor master bedroom ... is a suite. The sink vanity is in an alcove and the shower, tub and toilet are in a separate room ... There is central air conditioning throughout the house. There’s a covered breezeway running the full length of the garage ... which is quite different ..."
