"We have new Trex decking in the back and [on] the front steps. The property has in-ground sprinklers and a security system. There’s plenty of room for entertaining [on the deck] . . .
"We did new windows and a new architectural roof . . . We have a full basement with a family room and a separate room with a hot tub. The neighborhood is private and quiet. There’s only one other house on the block . . ."
