Long Island real estate questions answered: 'Ask a Broker'
While the tapering of the federal stimulus program might be the impetus for some, it’s the turn of the calendar that has us at Real LI thinking about the real estate landscape in 2014. A new year means new milestones for LI renters, homeowners and homeowners-to-be, so we are launching a new feature to provide a service to our readers while offering us the opportunity to get to know you better.
So we’re introducing “Ask a broker.”
We want to help you answer your real estate questions, whether you’re in the market for a home, considering selling, or just have questions about mortgages, tax breaks or the best places to live on LI.
Regardless, we want to know what’s on your mind.
We’re soliciting questions from readers – please send them to email@example.com with “Ask a Broker” in the subject line – and we'll ask real estate agents from around Long Island with particular expertise in the topic at hand and bring you their best advice.
As the old saying goes, “there’s no such thing as stupid questions.” Fire away. We figure if you have a question you’re struggling with, you probably aren’t the only one looking for an answer.
In short, we hope this becomes a valuable resource for people at various stages of buying or selling a home.
So again, please send in your questions. And while you wait for it to get answered, peruse the listings on Newsday Homes, check out our guides to various communities’ housing markets and find some of the real estate tips on our advice page.
And if you just want to take a look at some fine Long Island homes, don’t miss our regularly updated gallery of the area’s ‘Rich Cribs.’
