Views of Connecticut, Kings Point and downtown Manhattan are at your disposal at this waterfront 17-acre Sands Point property listed for $23 million.

The property’s nine-bedroom, 5.5-bath Colonial dating back to 1941 has two guest cottages, a brick barn, a tennis court, an in-ground swimming pool and a running track.

The property was owned by a Wall Street executive who commuted by speedboat from the property’s deepwater dock to downtown Manhattan, says Emma Iacovone of Laffey International Realty, which is co-listing the home with Vivian Zhang. The dock can accommodate a 100-foot yacht, Iacovone adds.

“It is a prime piece of land. You can see Kings Point, the Bronx, Connecticut and downtown Manhattan into the Empire State Building,” Iacovone says.

Fireplaces are found in the home’s living room and library on the first floor, as well as in the second-story master suite, which also boasts a dressing room and full bathroom en suite.

The land, which has more than 650 feet of beachfront along Manhasset Bay, has been subdivided into five lots — the largest, at 4.09 acres, contains the existing manor house, cottages and dock. The remaining lots are 3.16 acres, 3.67 acres, 3.36 acres and 2.74 acres.

The new owners, who purchased the property in 2013, are seeking a single buyer for the entire 17 acres, Iacovone says.
