Southampton Village’s massive Tower House mansion, nestled in Kean Development’s 43-acre Olde Towne estate community, is off the market.

The 11,500-square-foot estate with 10 bedrooms, 12 full baths and three half-baths just sold after being listed for $29.9 million, says Dawn Watson, spokeswoman for Douglas Elliman Real Estate. She declined to disclose the final sale price or the buyer’s identity.

Completed in 2016, the shingle-style country home has two master bedroom suites, an elevator, six fireplaces and a loggia off the living room.

The kitchen includes a glass-fronted walk-in wine and beer refrigerator among its high-end features, says Watson.

A lower-level entertainment complex includes a theater, gym, sauna, steam and spa bath, as well as a full bar, wine room and two en suite bedrooms.

Outside, there is a pool, a tennis court a spa and an attached cottage, as well as a three-car garage that is connected to the house by a breezeway.
