Summer rentals spared by Sandy
Some of the Island's affluent homes in such coastal areas as Fire Island and Long Beach were spared by last year's superstorm and will be available as summer rentals, Valerie Kellogg, Newsday's LI Homes editor and 'Rich Cribs' blog contributor, tells News 12. News 12 video (March 5, 2013)
