An eco-friendly Amagansett home designed by an emerging architectural firm is offered fully furnished for $4.425 million, with artwork picked for the space that is also available to purchase separately.

Tommy Zung at Studio Zung — which was named one of the 10 Architecture Firms to Watch by Architectural Digest in 2015 and recently designed Montauk’s Crow’s Nest Inn & Restaurant as well as a line of surfboards — developed the five-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom home. Zung’s first spec house features a modern design with 16-foot vaulted ceilings, salvaged pine beams and a wall of doors that open up to the saline swimming pool, deck and pool house.

The artwork, either taken from private collections or commissioned specifically for the project, includes pieces from artists such as Richard Dupont, Buckminster Fuller and Rosy Keyser.

“It is full of artwork,” says listing agent Deirdre Jowers of Corcoran. “It’s for the discerning buyer who is in the contemporary art word or who wants to start collecting.”

Other environmentally friendly elements include water-conserving Brizo faucets from a collection by fashion designer Jason Wu and wiring for solar panels, Jowers says.
