In coordination with Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo's Office of Storm Recovery and the NY Rising Housing Recovery Program, Paramount Realty USA has 150 Long Island properties ready for auction next week from May 19 to 20.
The properties include 81 Nassau homes and 69 Suffolk properties, all damaged either by superstorm Sandy or other storms that have hit the Island. According to Paramount, the pre-storm values of the homes were as high as $1.2 million, with the minimum bids on some of the homes as low as $28,000.
