Is Revis NFL's best cornerback? Sure looks that way
At his introductory news conference in January, Rex Ryan stated unequivocally that Darrelle Revis is "the best cornerback in the league.''
Revis, sitting in the front row of the auditorium that day in Florham Park, just smiled.
It was a nice thing for a new head coach to say about a player he knew only by observation and hadn't even met yet. Who could tell if he really meant it...
