  • A burglary was discovered May 5 at the Carvel store on Broadway. The police report said the front door was broken to gain entry and $80 was taken.

  • Electronics valued at $1,000 were taken during a burglary May 5 at a house on North Woodhull Road. Entry was made through a rear window.

  • Jewelry was taken during a burglary May 5 at an apartment on Park Avenue.

  • An apple tree was stolen May 5 from the yard at a doctor's office on Park Avenue.

  • A side window was broken on a Jeep at the Long Island Rail Road station May 5 and the radio was stolen.

  • A burglary was discovered May 5 at a pizza parlor on Route 25A. The police report said the front door was broken to gain entry and money was taken.
