Includes jewelry stolen from house in East Northport

A family's cars were broken into yesterday on Waydale Drive and a radio, cell phone, DVDs, a pair of sunglasses and a video game console were stolen.

East Northport

A man from 7th Street, East Northport was arrested today and charged with two separate counts of burglary that the police said occurred Aug. 17, 2007 and Aug. 19, 2007. On Aug. 17, they said the man entered a house through a bedroom window on the same block where he gave his address and stole jewelry. Two days later he again entered a house on his block and took items, police said.
