Police reports from Cold Spring Harbor and Huntington

Cold Spring Harbor

  • A man in a 2007 Yukon on Route 25A told police some youths in a black Cadillac Escalade threw eggs at his car and damaged the bumper yesterday. Police said the man in the Yukon gave them the license plate number of the Escalade.

  • Police reported that a burglar alarm went off at a house on Partridge Lane yesterday. When they arrived they found that a screen on a window had been cut but apparently the suspect ran off when the alarm was triggered.

  • The glass was broken in the front door of the North Shore Pharmacy on Southdown Road today. When police arrived they didn't find any evidence of a break-in at the store.
