Drugs and cash seized in Dix Hills raid

More than $20,000 in drugs and $26,740 in cash was seized Tuesday when Suffolk detectives executed a search warrant and arrested at 21-year-old Dix Hills man at his home, police said.

Michael Telvi, of 39 Arbor La., was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Detectives found three pounds of marijuana, more than 1,000 hydrocodone and Xanax pills and anabolic steroids, police said.

Telvi was to be arraigned Wednesday in First District Court, Central Islip.
