Two North Salem brothers are in custody after allegedly smashing the skull of another teenager, officials said.
Jonathan and Michael Owoo, both 17, face felony charges after they repeatedly hit the victim in the head with a metal baseball bat and a socket wrench at a party in Putnam County, police said.
The 17-year-old Brewster boy suffered a fractured skull. Another teenager was struck on the arm with a bat as well, authorities said.
