DARIEN - Darien police say a town custodian is facing several charges for writing a message threatening Town Hall.

They say 20-year-old Javonte Ramos claimed he found a note that read "Every-1 Will Die" on April 9. Over the past few weeks, officers say Ramos also made false reports about burglaries at Town Hall.

Authorities evacuated the building and brought in bomb-sniffing dogs earlier this month. Investigators say they did not find anything dangerous inside the building.

Officers say Ramos later admitted the reports were not true. His attorney says Ramos is sorry for what he did.
