YONKERS - A Nanuet man has been indicted on charges he allegedly exposed himself to young girls at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack.

David Chardon, 22, is accused of sex abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and public lewdness for two incidents at a Barnes and Noble inside the mall late last year.

Another charge, for similar alleged acts in a Bed Bath & Beyond store, was not heard by the grand jury because it is a misdemeanor.
