Makeup artist and urban model Blac Chyna, who is expecting a child with her fiance Rob Kardashian, has filed for a word mark, similar to a trademark, for the name “Angela Renee Kardashian.”

TMZ.com on Monday posted an excerpt of her filing, which specifies that the name will be used to advertise and promote “brands, goods and services,” specifically “entertainment services, namely, live, televised and movie appearances . . . personal appearances by a social media celebrity, model, actress and performer . . . conducting parties.”

Chyna, who turns 28 on Wednesday, was born Angela Renee White in Washington, D.C. She and Rob Kardashian, 29 — brother of reality TV stars Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian and half-brother of Kendall and Kylie Jenner — reportedly began dating in January. He proposed in early April, with Blac posting an Instagram image on April 5 of Rob Kardashian and herself, showing an engagement ring on her finger. “YES !...!...!” she captioned the photo.

On Friday, she appeared to state she was expecting, posting an illustration of herself in late-stage pregnancy. Rob Kardashian on Sunday posted a photo of Blac and himself, writing, “happy mamas day to this beautiful Mama,” a reference to Blac’s 3-year-old son, King Cairo Stevenson, with her former boyfriend, rapper Tyga. “I fell in Love with her immediately because of how great of a mom she is and now I’m looking forward to starting a Family with her! Thank You Chy for everything you do for me.”

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office defines a word mark as “a type of trademark comprised of text.”
