Brown, 19, had said last month, "We're engaged" in a promotional clip for the Lifetime reality show about her family, "The Houstons: On Our Own." But in a Nov. 18 tweet, Gordon -- whom the late singer Houston took in as a child -- wrote that he and Brown "are not engaged or dating. Just close like we have always been."
Though Brown tweeted hours later that she and Gordon, 22, were together watching Sunday night football, she posted angry tweets the following day, writing, "LOL, you people think you know it ALL. You, in reality, know not a DAMN thing about anything . . . have a great day (: cause you can't ruin mine."
On Monday, however, she was lamenting, "I'm leaving this good ole town and driving to the [ends] of the world. Maybe it's beautiful there . . . Who do I trust in this world? Pfft well that's easy beezie, Myself. No one knows me like ME and they'd rather not take that chance to know ME . . . That's incredibly fine because you'd be missing out on a REAL person."
Adding to her troubles, Brown was involved in a car accident Wednesday when she crashed her Chevrolet Camaro in Alpharetta, Ga., where she lives, reported TMZ.com. The site said she was uninjured after losing control while making a turn and driving down an embankment.
