County Sheriff's Department investigated a battery complaint lodged against him by a neighbor who objected to Bieber's reckless driving on residential streets and reportedly was spit on by the teen. In July 2013, Bieber publicly apologized to Bill Clinton after he's caught on video cursing out a photo of the former president. According to CNN.com, Bieber was later photographed wandering around on Boston barefoot on May 9, 2016.
