Radar Online reported Wednesday that Jack Nicholson had given up acting because of memory issues. But after the story broke, it caused a Twitter frenzy with reports that news of Jack's retirement was exaggerated.
If his health is good, why can't he still act? His last screen roles -- "The Bucket List" (2007) and "How Do You Know" (2010) -- were three years apart, but he's taken other long hiatuses.
Part of what's made Jack such a great actor are his patience and aptitude for choosing the right roles. Perhaps nothing great has come his way recently. Either way, that's surely a more pleasing answer than the possibility that Jack may be losing his ability to act.
Dancing with baby joy
Dancer Anna Trebunskaya intended to return for the new season of "Dancing With the Stars," then learned she was expecting. "It was a bit shocking at first," she told People magazine, "but I got over that pretty quick. Even though this was not planned, I believe things happen for a reason and it was meant to be." Anna divorced Jonathan Roberts, a fellow "Dancing With the Stars" pro, last year. She has not revealed the father of her baby.
