Jack Osbourne is disputing reports that his parents, rocker Ozzy Osbourne, 64, and "The Talk" co-host Sharon Osbourne, 60, are breaking up.

"It's all ---- ," the former reality-TV star and travel-show host tweeted. "Last time I checked, a lot of British newspapers weren't amazing sources of accurate information. Moving on . . ."

Neither Ozzy nor Sharon have responded to reports in the British press and TMZ.com that they had split up, at least temporarily. The reports said the couple, married 31 years, moved out of their home and relocated within miles of each other in Beverly Hills -- he in a rented house, she at the Beverly Hills Hotel, TMZ said.

A representative of Sharon Osbourne told the UK newspaper The Sun, "They've both got huge work commitments. She is at the hotel for work and he is starting his Black Sabbath tour. Of course they row, but they are still together. Sharon and Ozzy have spent long periods of time apart before when she was working in the U.K. The marriage is not on the rocks."

Sharon and Jack Osbourne's joint Los Angeles spokeswoman did not respond to a Newsday request for comment.

"Fashion Police" co-host Kelly Osbourne, one of the couple's two daughters, had tweeted on April 7, "Why does every family in the world have that 1 member that will never get it and is completely ignorant to life in general? #FamilyIsFunny."

The couple have another daughter, eldest child Aimee, who did not appear in the 2002-2005 MTV reality show "The Osbournes." Ozzy Osbourne also has three children from a previous marriage.
