Khloé Kardashian, Lamar Odom put their home for sale
The home of reality-TV star Khloé Kardashian and her estranged husband Lamar Odom, from whom she filed for divorce last month, is up for sale.
The two-story, seven-bedroom, Mediterranean-style villa at 19011 Ashurst Lane in the Tarzana neighborhood of Los Angeles was first listed Wednesday at the real estate site Redfin.com. The couple is asking $5.499 million for the 8,400-square-foot mansion and three-quarter-acre lot, which they bought in December 2009 for $3.95 million.
The home is familiar to viewers as one of the locales of the E! reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." Kardashian, 29, and Odom, 34, a former forward for the NBA's Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers, also starred in their own E! show, the 2011-12 "Khloé & Lamar."
Situated in the gated community of Mulholland Park, the house has a formal dining room, a den, maid's quarters, a home theater, fireplaces and a three-car garage, among other amenities.
