Kris Humphries may be ready to grant Kim Kardashian her desired divorce, but on his terms.
While the New Jersey Nets forward is asking for no financial settlement from Kardashian -- who filed for divorce on Oct. 31, just 72 days after a multimillion-dollar televised wedding -- his lawyers are insisting that the 31-year-old Kardashian state that the marriage was made under false pretenses, RadarOnline.com reported yesterday.
Humphries, 27, who recently said of his marriage on "Access Hollywood" that "to me, it was real" -- is adamant about this, said the website, leading to what Radar characterized as a standoff.

The site also reported that Humphries' attorneys believe an emotional conversation on "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" about the breakdown of the marriage, which purportedly took place in Dubai in October, was actually shot on a Hollywood sound stage two months later.
Humphries' attorney, Lee A. Hutton III, of Lommen, Abdo, Cole, King & Stageberg in Humphries' native Minnesota, did not return a Newsday request for comment. Kardashian's spokeswoman was out of the country, and her assistant did not respond.
