"Glee" star Lea Michele reportedly has begun dating again, nearly a year after the death of castmate and boyfriend Cory Monteith, who died of a drug overdose in July 2013.
Us Weekly said Wednesday that Michele, 27, has begun seeing Matthew Paetz, whose Twitter page describes him as a Los Angeles-based dating and lifestyle coach.
TMZ.com, however, reported Wednesday that under the name "Christian," Paetz has a webpage bearing his image on the site Cowboys4Angels, a service providing what it calls "straight male escorts for women" and noting that the company is seen on the Showtime reality-TV series "Gigolos." The page for Christian -- which TMZ posted but has since been removed from the site -- described the escort as 6-foot-3, 195 pounds and 29 years old, and that his charges ranged from $350 for an hour to $17,500 for a week.
Us said Michele met Paetz on the set of her music video for "On My Way" -- the second single from her debut album, "Louder" -- which filmed in Palmdale, California., on April 19.
Michele told Glamour UK in February that she and Monteith had "talked about children and what we would look like when we grew old and who would be fat and how we would stay thin. We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. We were done. We were it. . . . But people have to understand that I can't be alone forever. Cory wouldn't want that."
Michele's representative had no comment.
Paetz did not respond to a Newsday request for comment on reports about his past.
