A DNA test has confirmed that Michael Lohan is the biological father of 17-year-old Ashley Horn. The girl's mother has insisted for years that this was the case.
Lohan, 52, the father of actress Lindsay Lohan, took the test on yesterday's edition of the syndicated talk show "Trisha Goddard." "You have another daughter and you missed out on 17 years of her life," the teen's mother, Kristi Horn, told Lohan. He remained stoic as Ashley viewed the results and Goddard, a conflict-resolution expert whose U.S. version of her British show began airing in September, announced the news.
Ashley then rebuffed Lohan's attempt at a hug, telling him, "This is the first time I've met you. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure."
"It's OK," Lohan replied, as Kristi Horn sobbed. "Everything in time, honey. Everything will be fine."
"I don't want to be a part of the Lohan train wreck," Ashley declared at another point in the show.
