Actor Nick Stahl, who starred as John Connor in 2003's "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines," has been missing since May 9, according to a police report filed by his estranged wife. However, E! News reported late Wednesday night that multiple sources have seen the actor since.

"He does this sometimes," a source told E! "He'll be back."

Two people reportedly saw him moving boxes from an apartment on May 10, the day after his wife filed the police report.

"I can confirm that he's missing," Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman Officer Rosario Herrera told People magazine earlier on Wednesday. "And, as of now, he is still missing."

In January, Stahl, 32, separated from his wife, Rose Murphy, whom he married in June 2009. Murphy filed the missing-persons report at 10 a.m. Monday, People said.

Murphy asked a judge in February to limit Stahl's visitation rights with their 2-year-old daughter, Marlo, and requested "proof of a negative result for a test for drugs and alcohol within the 24 hours prior to his scheduled visitation time," according to TMZ.com, which first reported Stahl was missing.

Stahl also starred in the 2003-05 HBO series "Carnivale."
